ABA President Urges Continued Focus on Rule of Law Dimensions of Migration

In conjunction with our 2018 Conference on Contemporary Rule of Law Issues, "When People Flee: Rule of Law and Forced Migration," the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) released a paper and a final report with recommendations, On May 10, ABA President Hilarie Bass sent the report and recommendations to U.S. Agency of International Development (USAID) Administrator Mark Green with a letter urging continued U.S. engagement in promoting the rule of law and assisting refugees around the world.
