The Rule of Law Defends Against Illegal Logging and Wildlife Trade in the Asia-Pacific Region

Did you know the cost of illegal logging and wildlife trade to developing countries is estimated to be more than $70 billion a year?

In 2017, the United States and Vietnamese governments hosted (with the assistance of ABA ROLI) the fourth Pathfinder Dialogue on “Combating Corruption and Illicit Trade across the Asia-Pacific Region” during the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) conference.

Watch as participants discuss the benefits of combating illicit trade using anti-corruption and rule of law strategies.
