Rwanda’s Rusesabagina guilty verdict declared unfair by ABA Center for Human Rights in new statement

This week, the Rwandan human rights activist who inspired the movie "Hotel Rwanda," Paul Rusesabagina, received an unfair guilty verdict, according to the ABA Center for Human Rights (ABA CHR). Since September 2020, ABA CHR has monitored criminal proceedings against Rusesabagina as part of the Clooney Foundation for Justice’s TrialWatch initiative.
