ABA ROLI Trains Legal Actors on Responses to Illegal Mining in Peru

From December 10-14, ABA ROLI Peru field staff conducted a training workshop in Arequipa, Peru. The workshop was on specialized oral litigation skills, with a focus on illegal mining. 51 judicial actors from the justice system of the Arequipa region participated in the workshop, including 13 prosecutors, 10 judges, 10 public defenders, and 18 police officers.
