Threats to Judicial Independence Undermine Polish Democracy

Brittany Benowitz, chief counsel to the American Bar Association's Center for Human Rights, recently wrote an opinion piece criticizing Poland's so-called "Holocaust Law" and pointing out that the law "is symptomatic of a larger problem, namely politicization of the judiciary."
